Information Technology Experience
Welcome to my personal website. I am a Microsoft Certified Professional in Information Technology with more than two decades of experience working with computer systems, servers, networks, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise Windows and Linux environments. Throughout my career, I have worked with technologies such as Novell NetWare, GroupWise, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI, SQL, every version of Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra. I am proficient with PowerShell and the Microsoft Graph API. I enjoy researching technical problems, providing solutions, and finding ways to make technology more reliable, secure, and useful for the people who depend on it. I also provide IT support for multiple government entities.
Education and Professional Development
I am continuing my education at the State College of Florida, after originally beginning my college education in 1996, to expand my technical knowledge and develop additional skills. One of my current areas of study is web development, where I am learning how HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other technologies work together to create modern websites. I am also interested in artificial intelligence and how emerging technologies can improve business processes and IT operations.
My goal is to continue my education while further developing my professional IT experience and skills. I am especially interested in combining my experience with Microsoft enterprise technologies with new skills in web development, automation, and artificial intelligence.
